Approach to patient care
Patients describe the same three things in their feedback: that the problem was explained clearly, that they were listened to without being rushed, and that they left understanding what would happen next. That is the standard the clinic is built around.
In practice it means a few specific commitments. You see Dr. Vardhan himself at every visit, not a rotating panel. Examination comes before prescription — endoscopy is done in the room and shown to you on screen, so a diagnosis is something you can see rather than something you take on trust. And surgery is recommended when it will genuinely change the outcome, not as a default.
A significant part of an ENT surgeon's job is telling people they do not need an operation. A deviated septum found incidentally in someone who breathes comfortably does not need correcting. Most children's tonsillitis is outgrown. Saying so costs a surgical case and earns a patient who trusts the advice when surgery genuinely is needed.
